“I’ve always had a deep fear of eyes since I was little, and as my prescription increased I couldn’t get away without wearing glasses, unless I absolutely needed them. I really wanted to use contacts so I finally decided to give contacts a try. But I had this deep phobia. So I didn’t know how I could do this. What is usually a 1–2 session process took me about 5 weeks and 6–7 sessions because of my phobia, and Jess was incredibly patient, encouraging, and supportive every step of the way. Every bit of progress was celebrated, and made it possible for me to keep at it, which made such a difference. Jess worked with me the most and was a big part of be being able to get to this but it was also the support of Steph, Dr. Singh, and Dr. Gaw were all amazing throughout the entire process. Even after I got my contacts in, Jess and Dr.Gaw patiently helped me learn how to take them out and never rushed me. Both Dr.Gaw and Dr.Singh always take the time to answer my questions, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure I’m comfortable before I leave. I’m so grateful to everyone at Georgian Optometry. They helped me overcome a deep fear I truly never thought I’d get past, and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Georgian!!! Thank you Jess, Dr.Gaw, Dr.Singh, Steph and the whole team!”

“I came in to get my boyfriend’s sunglasses fixed and a lovely Optometrist fixed them and also fixed my glasses. She took the time to make sure they were sitting correctly on my face. I was really impressed because I hadn’t purchased the glasses at this store. She also didn’t charge me. I will definitely buy my glasses at Georgian Optometry in the future.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Georgian Optometry - Family Eye Care on Thursday, October 16th, to get my eyeglass prescription filled — and I’m so glad I ended up here by chance after a disappointing eye exam experience elsewhere. From the moment I called, I was met with kindness and professionalism. The front desk staff were just as warm and welcoming when I walked in. I was first assisted (I believe — apologies if I have the name wrong!) by Carrie, and then Wade helped finish up my prescription. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Every interaction I had with the staff was exceptional — they truly go above and beyond. I really appreciated the outstanding customer service and would confidently recommend Georgian Optometry to anyone. My only regret is not coming here for my eye exam in the first place. I chose a place nearby out of convenience, but now I know better for next time. Thank you again to the entire team!”
