“Swim Lessons here with Ava are fantastic. The kids have found joy in swimming and actually look forward to their lessons and have improved tenfold in their swim skills. She is so great at meeting kids where they're at with no pressure or fear, just fun and confidence in the water with good technique training. The semi-private structure allows for so much learning and the warm small pool setting and sweet, knowledgeable instructor help them feel comfortable and confident in themselves. The locker rooms and showers are modern and clean. The instructor and staff at front desk are great with scheduling and communication. Highly recommend.”Read moreShow less

“I love the classes especially chair yoga and mat Pilates. Fran is my favourite instructor. She makes classes challenging and fun at the same time. Definitely recommend taking a class by Fran if you’re looking to enjoy your workout”
