“The clinic used to be good, but over time has taken the community and patients for granted. My daughter has prebooked monthly appointments for an entire year. The last two appointments they could not figure out how to bill my insurance and told my daughter to leave because a therapist had emergency earlier in the day. There was no communication to either parent. This is really poor service and they have wasted my time. I tried to have a call with the owner, but she made me hold without returning my call. The owner only called my wife after the post, lame. The staff has changed over many times due to poor ownership. I would look for a different clinic.”Read moreShow less

“I have been a client of generations since September 2022 and have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. I have seen them for physio, massage and as of today, acupuncture. Jess was so thorough with her assessment and I felt extremely comfortable and safe in her environment. All of their staff go above and beyond. “Great customer service and knowledgeable staff! I have been going to Generations for massage therapy over the years & since moving out of the area I am still willing to drive for over an hour for a massage! My mom also attends this clinic for physiotherapy, massage therapy and concussion therapy. They have taken an amazing care of her!
