“I have been going here since 2008 and have had a great experience every time. Dr. Gauthier is awesome at explaining everything and he is very gentle. He doesn't rush through the appointment, which I really appreciate. My Dental Assistant, Deanna is very knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable. She is always kind and positive. “After leaving my dentist office after 20+ years of care due to my dentist(who I absolutely adore)no longer practicing, I decided to seek a new experience. Generations dental made booking fast and easy, fitting me in as my Sched is constantly changing. The team were friendly and efficient with a very posh complimentary lobby coffee bar, unlike any I’ve ever seen! My cleaning was quick and I was on my way before I knew it…sugar free late in hand!! I’m sure all hygienists and assistants are great BUT my experience with Cori and Rebecca was over the top!! “Just moved to Grande Prairie from BC and found a Dental Group with what I believe has compassion in helping with anxious patients, expertise in a wide range of services and really listens to what your concerns are. Had my first check-up and teeth cleaning last week and one of their Dental Hygienists Brianne was very methodical and careful not to rush through her work. Plus Dr. Lucas Stepanko came in and introduced himself and shook my hand and made me feel like a friend he's known for several years! “As a very nervous dental patient, it takes an extraordinary amount of care and kindness to impress me. I cannot say enough about this dental practice. Dr. Gauthier has been my dentist for about 20 years - he has put me at ease since my first visit. I lived seven hours away for a few years and still came back here for my treatments. Recently, I had a dental emergency and saw Dr. Stepanko. He was also amazing. The dental hygienists and office staff are wonderful too!! I highly recommend this dental practice - they've been around for a long time, treat their patients as humans, know how to have a bit of a laugh, and make visits to the dentist tolerable (I might even say enjoyable).”Read moreShow less

“Every visit is a good experience. Amazing staff. The team are super friendly and the vibe is always welcoming. Dr. Stepanko is friendly and always greets you with a handshake and knows your name. Can’t get anywhere in gp. It is the little things that show how much they truly care. We have been going here for 4 decades.
