“I went in with an open mind not really knowing a lot about somatic healing or what to really expect. I get massages often and she was very good AND the facial was probably one of the most luxurious experiences of my life. The emotional release was palpable and it was a safe place to release what isn’t yours to carry. 10/10 I highly recommend and would do again. “Because I left an honest review that didnt sit well with her, the owner now claims I was 10 mins late. Its funny because they ask you to leave a review, then you leave an honest review then the owner comes back and blames you for being late 😂! I will still say the massage wasnt worth $200! There were too many things advertised in this massage that I felt I didnt get to enjoy any of it. And no , there was no miscommunication! I simply asked if there was a facial included. By putting a hot towel on my face and then putting some mask on is NOT a facial massage! There was NO massage at all! To put hot stones on my back for just a couple of minutes was NOT "a blissful hot stone massage" . I could go on but this is not my cup of tea! Anyhow, best of luck!”Read moreShow less

“I have been to Helena several times now and I am always surprised (in a good way) at how I feel after treatment. This last treatment I woke up the next day so uplifted, positive and happy. Other times I may have a headache etc because of all the negative energy coming out of me. Her healing hands, understanding and warm demeanour puts you instantly at ease. She never pressures to book again. She doesn't judge if you cancel. If anything she is understanding and says you aren't ready or you will come when the time is right. “My session today was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and it was amazing. Helena made me feel so comfortable with being uncomfortable when showing vulnerability, something I’m not great at. “I have been coming to Gelous Spa now for years and just finished one of my first massages at their brand new location! It is super easy to find, lots of parking and so cute inside. The atmosphere was SO relaxing. The massage room is tranquil with a music and sound machine. I will continue to visit Helena wherever she moves as her massages are the best I have ever experienced in my life. But it just so happens that I absolutely LOVE the new space.
