“Felt like a scam, came for knee pain that started and increased gradually for the past 4 months (basically a month after I got a puppy). I fell on the ice last week which made it worse. He diagnosed a muscle strain due to the fall and prescribed rest from tough activities and half squats to strengthen the knee. He completely ignored I had pain for 4 months prior to the fall, he said I was not doing enough exercises and it was causing my knees to be weak even tho I've never been this active in my life since I have an young Australian Shepherd full of energy. This clearly doesn't make any sense. He failed to ask me to walk towards him like proper Osteos usually do to check the way I was walking which is probably the cause of my knee pain. I was told by a friend that had similar knee pain that his osteo told him his feet are too flat when he walks which doesn't absorb the shock of running or walking and this transfers to the knees as pain. After that friend checked my feet when standing he said it might be that which made a lot of sense. Obviously Gayet didn't even ask me to walk. He spent 25 mins massaging my guts and neck saying it was to release the stress of a bad posture and that it would impact the knee (this felt so useless as I was not even tensed there). This just felt like purposefully wasting time. The neck massage was honestly a shame, his fingers kept sliding on my hair and it felt like if I (as a complete beginner), was giving a massage. I honestly went there cause of the great reviews on Google, I don't understand how it's possible. He told me to come back 2 weeks later to continue. To continue what? You saying basic things like rest and put ice or cold? He told me to focus on my breathing to help on the posture? What are you gonna do next week, massage my fingers cause this helps for knee pain?! Tell me to lower my desk chair for 20 mins?! Seriously... Also he arrived late by a few mins at the office, which normally I don't mind as this can happen but in addition to all this and the fact he made me leave early is a bit much. I left with no answers, no solutions and -135$CAD. I don't recommend and I won't come back. Obviously the way I walk and run was the issue since the pain started shortly after I started running and walking every day for 1.5 to 2 hours. What a shame. I just wanted a solution for this problem and how to correct it.”Read moreShow less

“I had a very bad experience at this clinic. There was no suitable environment for osteopathy, and instead of disposable sheets, he used paper towels. The Technician used a damp, previously used towel to cover me, giving off an oily smell. I paid $120 for an hour (tax include), but he cut it short to half an hour and didn't refund the remaining money. He seemed inexperienced and did little for me, expressing fear of harming my neck. “I was with my 2 months daughter to a consultation and I loved the service with Dr Svetlana Gayet. She is so professional and so kind with the kids. My baby loved her. After just one consultation my baby lose a lot of her tension in the neck.”
