“Gavin was great! This was my first time getting a massage with him and I was very happy with everything. We spoke about the intense pain I had in my lower back and he was confident he could help with that. I told him that I didn’t want deep tissue and he managed to find the perfect pressure for my back and neck that didn’t cause pain but still relaxed my muscles and knots. I think what surprised me the most was that once the massage started, Gavin didn’t say anything. I mean, I would have talked to him if he had wanted to, but I’ve had massage therapists carry a conversation the whole massage and I feel like it takes a lot away from the relaxation of the experience. Laying there in silence while Gavin did his work was amazing and almost put me to sleep. It really was wonderful and I’m looking forward to going back very soon! “I’ve been searching for a good RMT since moving to the area, and I’m so glad I finally found Gavin. I booked my appointment due to ongoing lower back issues, exacerbated by a trip to Canada's Wonderland with the kids. I explained to Gavin that I'd been to other RMT's in the area, but none of them were able to really fix those deep tissue knots. Not only did I walk out feeling noticeably better, but Gavin also provided helpful tips and stretches to support my recovery at home. If you've got lower back or stiff neck muscles, (the one's that feel like you've got a golf ball hidden under the skin) I can't recommend Gavin enough. I finally feel like I’m in good hands!
