“Garth Dental is amazing. I needed to find a new dentist and had not had one for a couple of years. I have my whole family enrolled with them. They are friendly and professional and willing to service clients in a way that their insurance covers.”

“Disappointing first impression. I was hoping to become a patient here, but the communication felt dismissive rather than helpful. I offered to complete the required release form, yet received no form or clear next steps. When I said I’d look elsewhere, the response was simply, “Thanks for letting me know.” I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect a prospective patient to be guided through the process and made to feel welcome. “I had a great experience during my dental cleaning. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The doctor was very patient, gentle, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and the cleaning was done with great care. “There is a reason that they ask you to review them. When my wife and I first started going here three years ago, we thought it would be great. The receptionist was super kind and on top of things and took care of everything made all the details seem really simple. Cindy was great the whole time that we were there. However, in the three years that we were there, I don’t think I saw the same hygienist twice, my appointments were never on time, sometimes delayed by almost an hour, and I had several bad fillings that were never fixed. When I first went there, I knew that I needed some fillings done as I had not been to the dentist for quite a while, so I went through several appointments in the span of a few weeks to get them all done. As time went on some of the fillings didn’t seem right, I felt pain when chewing, I couldn’t floss properly without pain and every time I brought it up, I was dismissed and told “ that’s normal, don’t worry about it.” . The dismissive attitude towards my concerns, continued throughout the years that we were there, which is what made us ultimately decide to leave. Take my story with a grain of salt but know that I would not go back there. I have now joined a new dentistry, and my new dentist has had to redo all of the fillings that were done by this dentist. Several were not adhered properly, and at least three had extensive decay below the filling, which were very clearly visible even to me when the dentist showed me the pictures from the camera.”Read moreShow less

“Couldn’t get my booking right. I took my daughter out of school for an earlier appointment because I didn’t want her cavities to go untreated for too long, but they booked the appointment for the wrong week! She’s missing school for nothing.”

“I am a new patient at Garth Dental as of yesterday and I am very glad I chose this location. The staff is kind, friendly and they make you feel completely at ease. The office is very neat and tidy and the parking lot outside is huge- so no need to worry about not getting a spot. “The best experience!!! Coming from someone who use to hate the dentist, so I haven’t been in years. No judgment, “you’re here now, so thats all that matters and we’ll fix it”, staff is friendly and patient when nervous. I finally enjoy going to the dentist!”
