“I had such a great experience here. The salesperson, Emmersun, was super helpful and fun in helping me choose a pair of glasses. She narrowed down the choices quickly with her eye for style. “First time getting my eyes checked in a few years. This business was really warm, welcoming and professional. Laurie was really knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable during my visit. She let me know what to expect during my visit and was really helpful when looking at frame choices. Dr. Ashala Mah Was wonderful. Took her time examining my eyes and listening to any concerns. “I recently brought my two young boys for an eye appointment, age 3 and 7, and it was an incredible experience. My youngest was very shy and very uncertain. Emmersun, who walked him through it all, made him feel so comfortable!! She turned the experience into a game and he had so much fun seeing pictures of his eye. The boys loved their special gift in the end and we even snagged a book called “Iris sees the eye doctor” written by one of the doctors at Garbaldi Eye Clinic. The boys loved reading the book to better understand and see the process again through the amazing children’s book!! “I’ve been a patient for a number of years now and I’ve never been disappointed. The optometrists and staff go above and beyond with every experience. Dr Baker and Dr Mah are exceptional optometrists who have been immensely kind and helpful on many occasions. As soon as I walk in I’m greeted by the friendliest and wonderfully helpful Kristina, Laurie and Emmersun. Whenever I’ve had concerns with fit issues, Emmersun is always the first to make sure the fit is perfect. She also has a great eye when it comes to new frame styles and the frame selection here is fantastic. It’s always a great experience from start to finish. Kind, welcoming, caring and considerate. All of my concerns were considered and I have a follow up appointment next week.
