Sophia has zero massage technique, my first and last time there she brought me in and directed me straight into the cave were she attempts massage! There was no asking me about my issues or what type of massage I wanted just undress and get on the table. I asked her where she was trained and got her credentials and all she said was China. She offered me nothing, no what type of massage I want or what issues I was dealing with, she just went straight at it. Soon as she touched me I knew she had zero experience, my 2 hour massage was changed from 2 hours to one hour and then 30 minutes. I gave her a chance to at least prove herself but she has no massage skills. I could hardly wait to get out of that dingy cave and leave! That nightmare cost me $50 bucks and 30 wasted minutes.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY I’VE HAD 100’S OF MASSAGES OVER THE YEARS SO I OBVIOUSLY KNOW GOOD FROM BAD! Note: I went there because of the 5 Star reviews of the “ Local Guides” and what I found didn’t reflect what I experienced. All the 5 star reviews are from Local Guides and all the 1 star reviews are my non local guides like me, there’s nothing else just 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews, what’s going on here?

One of, if not the best massage I’ve ever received. It was the first time I’ve experienced a therapist who incorporated Osteopathic techniques. 10/10 would recommend!

Today I went to Gaia Spa , and it was magnificent. I had a full body massage that incorporated osteopathic techniques, and the difference was profound. An osteopathic massage goes beyond relaxation. It’s a therapeutic, whole-body approach that focuses on how the muscles, joints, fascia, and nervous system work together. Instead of just working on surface tension, the therapist: • Assesses structural imbalances in the body • Uses gentle manipulation and myofascial release • Encourages proper alignment and mobility • Supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself It’s subtle but deeply effective. I went in with hip pain… and left with none. Not just relaxed , realigned. It wasn’t just a massage. It felt like my body was reset back to harmony.

Had a 1hr relaxation massage and it was great. She managed to get rid of some pesky knots in the process.

The worst massage experience I’ve ever had in my life. The place was not only dirty and smelled awful, but they even used sheets that were clearly unclean. Even the coat hanger was half-broken, which gave a terrible first impression. During the massage, I told her at least 8 times not to touch my arms because they hurt, but she didn’t stop. She clearly has no idea how to give a proper massage—just pressing randomly and causing pain instead of relief. I absolutely would not recommend this place.

First time here, and it was a really wonderful experience! Sophia is clearly very knowledgeable, and is a great massage therapist. She is a lovely person, and the place is clean, calming, and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Truly the best massage I’ve ever had. Knots I’ve been carrying around, that no other therapist could get rid of, melted. Before going to Gaia, I had such a build up of toxin in my lymphatic system that my legs were burning all the time. I feel like I lost 20lbs of toxin. Sophie knows her stuff! Highly recommended!

Great massage by Sophia. I have a horrible shoulder from bursitis and she actually helped it not hurt as much. She must have spent a good 30 mins on my one shoulder alone which was great. She found a lot of sore spots that hurt a lot and really worked them out. I think she was getting a kick out of me squirming everytime she would find a painful area. Thanks for the wonderful massage.

The atmosphere at Gaia was so calming and peaceful. This was exactly the relaxing massage I needed! I left feeling less stressed and my muscles felt so much better. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing – the perfect way to unwind after a long week. I felt completely refreshed afterwards. Many thanks to Sophia for a great massage.
