“I saw Dr. Roggeveen at the Willow Point office on March25th. I had a very thorough exam and an eye scan which showed some problems with the back of my eye as age related, but on a physical exam, she found a tear in my retina. “Upon the recommendation of a friend I found my way from the Comox Valley to Campbell River in search of new glasses. I have been wearing glasses for 40 years and have had my fair share of experiences - and by far this has been one of the best. I felt very lucky that Cherilyn was my person. I had many questions and (expensive) decisions to make and with her support, knowledge and patience I felt comfortable knowing that the best outcome was achievable. There was no pressure - as someone who also wears glasses - she totally understood. Combined with technical expertise I felt like I was in good hands. I would say we actually had fun! “Appointment took a lot longer than it should have. Optician is not overly helpful or a efficient at completing her duties. I was left on my own to select glass frames without any help at the selection displays. “The whole staff is kind, friendly and helpful. They never push new glasses on you if you don't need them! They have a wide variety of glasses, some really surprised me, in a good way! Doctor Saccucci is very though efficient and explains things so well.”
