“I've been coming here for the last couple of years now and I last saw Dr. Sylvia Chai for an eye exam. She's so kind and has excellent bedside manner. I always get nervous about eye exams because it was hard for me as a kid, but I was immediately comfortable with her and she made it so easy. Dr. Chai prescribed me a pair of prescription glasses with which Paul provided fantastic help with his style, knowledge, honest feedback. My mum joined me to get me glasses and stayed for his humour, stories, and care. She said wished she got glasses here (but loves where she's been going for 30+ years) because Paul is such a hoot! The staff are also all friendly and the young man who did the pre-eye exam work with a few machines for me also made things so quick and seamless.”

“Dr. Hagedorn is fantastic. I was surprised that one of the assistants adjusted the sunglasses I bought from the clinic a year ago but did not do so with my other glasses that I bought elsewhere although I had given him both when he suggested he would check my glasses for adjustment. I have found that any optometrist shop I have dealt with in the past has happily adjusted any glasses I have with me. Very disappointing in this shop.”

“I have seen two different optometrists at FYidoctors - Vancouver - Dunbar and both are excellent. But, Paul at the front of house is always the highlight when visiting the clinic. He is a pro at customer service and makes the process of selecting frames so much fun. I am very happy with my new Seraphin glasses.”

“The arm and of my prescription glasses had almost come off and I thought they were beyond repair. I popped into FYi on the spur of the moment and asked if it was possible to fix them. Everyone was extremely friendly and Paul Eddy, an optical associate, immediately said he would work on them right then. In under ten minutes he had my glasses back to like-new and didn’t charge me a dime. I was really impressed with the friendliness, service and attitude of everyone there and would recommend them to anyone.”
