“I’ve been going to FYI DOCTORS Surrey for the past number of years. Dr Kimberly Tsang has always been professional, friendly, thorough and informative. The reception staff have always been friendly, helpful and accommodating. The eyewear technicians that have helped me choose my glasses have always made the process stress free with their professionalism and friendliness also. There are many options in eyewear selections and pricing, so choosing what works best for me has always been seamless. I would highly recommend FYI DOCTORS in Surrey.”

“I saw Dr. Sidhu for my eye examination and Heather helped me pick out a wonderful new pair of glasses. I don’t know everyone’s names that helped me from the front counter to the pre-examination specialist but I felt very welcomed and was treated like a queen. The staff are helpful and attentive. I have been going to that clinic for 10 years and God willing, 10 more.”

“I took my 4 YO daughter for her first exam. She has type 1 diabetes and the whole team took special care and attention to make sure they got the images they need to ensure her eyes are healthy. The appointment took a while because she is 4 and fought back but they didn’t rush us or skip important parts. They called me later the same day with results. Overall a great experience! Great technology and equipment too. Thank you.”

“I have been going to FYI doctors for years, love Dr Banghat. However.... Every time I book appointments it seems as thought the receptionist don't know what they're doing, 2 years in a row Ive had problems with my bookings. This year was the first it was somewhat ok. My other issue is that they do not check the patients insurance before your visit. Had I known me and my kids visits weren't covered, I would have booked it to when it was. Checking out I got smacked with a $250 bill that I was not expecting. All she could say was I'm sorry. Ive worked in reception for over 20 years and I feel the way our file was handled was BS. Not impressed at all. They may have lost my business all because their "system" doesn't allow for them to pre-approve your visit before hand. Why can my dental office do it but an eye doctor can't? Seems odd to me. Again love our Dr but I'm not a fan of the rest of it. Make sure you check your own insurance before hand so your not slapped with a $250 visit your not expecting.”

“I had my first eye exam here and the difference in service was very noticeable. The Dr told my everything she was going to do before she did it. It was very thorough and she even showed me photos of my eyes and explained what it meant. Outstanding service!”
