“Other than appointment starting 35 mins late, everything was excellent. Welcoming greeting/checkin, smooth pre-test and great waiting area comfort. Dr Kimery was awesome as always. Thorough, engaging and easily understandable explanations of my eye health.”

“I brought my mom in with me, we had back to back appts. We came early to do the pre tests and browse for new frames. Everything was great except we waited 15 min for our appt, past the time it was booked for. And so our meter on the car expired, and even though I moved it, the app would not let me register a new payment. Dr Kimmery was great, as usual. And my mom was well looked after, as was I.”

“Reception staff were welcoming and friendly as was the staff member who took the scans of my eyes. Dr. Bill Thatcher is excellent. He is friendly, professional and puts one at ease. He explains things in a way that is easily understood. One never feels rushed and he is happy to answer all your questions.”

“Super easy to book an appointment online but reception is also calm and collected with triaging emergencies. Office was open 5 minutes before the posted time to receive patients first thing. Receptionist was welcoming and clear in instructions. Dr Vandermeulen was thorough and patiently answered my questions. Would recommend to all friends and family. Office was neatly kept and bright, and billing to my insurance was no issue.”

“I had a very nice experience there. I was greeted upon entering, I was helped immediately. I was well taken care of by the dispensary ( crystal) and by the Dr as well . Whom is Dr. Thatcher . I don't ever have any problems there . I feel very comfortable while getting tested and selecting my new frames . Very nice staff and business.”

“Staff at the front desk are amazing, the testers are quick and efficient. Lee Hancock was very thorough and helpful . Not going to lie, it's a big hit to the wallet, but he ensured I had all I needed. Much appreciated. Dr. Thatcher takes care of all three of us, and has for years.”

“Probably the best service in the city for giving you not only a the ability to see but they're an all-in-one shop to get your eyes checked and get your astounding looks back to where they need to be. I hand down... yes hands to the ground recommend these guys! Ya see when my optometrist Dr Robertson retired I was really concerned on the new franchise of FYI doctors coming in and taking over and quite frankly it's been a blessing they've been nothing but easy to work with but mind you their hours kind of stuck and you have to kind of work your schedule around them but for the most part it's workable. They have great staff that are ready to help you out and they'll do their best to help you with your insurance and what have you not and I'm impressed thanks guys you guys rock!”
