“I could not find any method on the website to contact you via email, so here is a message to you, and others if it helps them make a choice for eyeglass suppliers. Hi, I want to be straightforward about where things stand. I've been a patient most of my life, followed Dr. Dennis to your current location, and over the years have spent thousands here on glasses, prescription sunglasses, and safety eyewear. As a safety manager I also built OVP programs at three companies and recommended your practice for safety glasses. In 2024 I missed an appointment because my employer sent me out of the country on short notice, and I was charged $88. That fee is now blocking a repair to my damaged safety glasses and the eye exam I need to renew an expired prescription. After this long a relationship, being held up over an unavoidable missed appointment is disappointing enough that I'm planning to move my eyewear business — and my safety-program referrals — elsewhere. I'd genuinely have preferred to stay. If someone wants to make this right, I'm open to it. Otherwise, please consider this notice that I'll be transferring my care elsewhere.”Read moreShow less

“I had an urgent situation and called them in the morning, they were able to see me before noon that same day and were so kind and supportive. The exam was very thorough and I appreciated their communication with my family doctor.”

“There was no waiting, I had my preliminary work done then taken to the doctor. Very efficient with no time wasted. My optometrist, Dr. Marciano, gave my eyes a thorough examination, explained everything as we progressed , was very pleasant and helpful. “Requested a copy of my glass prescription. Unfortunately, they do not have a copy... Consistently poor customer service from the reception desk. Cut off, talked over, talked down too. Having to repay for services. If and when I receive a copy of my glass prescription I will be looking for new optometry provider. Open to new service provider recommendations ✨️”Read moreShow less

“WOWZA! Dr Marciano was very friendly, efficient and ensured I understood everything that was being completed during the exam. He answered any and all questions I had and walked me out to the front desk for check out and shook my hand, ensuring my satisfaction. “I feel I was pressured into making a purchase I could not afford there. I was told they would make me better glasses than what I normally buy online. My experience was anything but. I paid 4x the amount for glasses that don't fit my face. I feel like their primary goal was to make a sale and then when I returned to pick my glasses up, they were too busy to fit them or help me find extra accessories.
