“I recently had a sudden issue with one of my eyes. An early morning call to FYI in Parksville and they kindly made room for me on a fully booked day. Absolutely everyone I came in contact with that day were professional, caring and supportive. Dr Pratt quickly put my mind at ease after a thorough examination. I can’t recommend them highly enough. “Dr. PRATT WAS WONDERFUL. She was able to pinpoint the cause of my eye inflammation and prescribe the right medication. She educated me on how to care for my eye. “First my greeting from Narrisa was warm and welcoming, she also did initial testing and she was very patient and knowledgeable. The doctor was excellent and also very professional and Provided excellent care. Finally Tanya… no words except awesome. “In the past I have had excellent service here. However, today I had an urgent contact lense issue. Reception said I was not able to get in for two days. No talking to a doctor to relay my issue, just a hard no. I then phoned FYI in Nanaimo. Got a completely different response. Reception took my issue directly to the doctor.
