“I feel comfortable with Dr Lam. He is supportive and I have never had a problem. I wouldn't buy glasses again from the store front however, from a past bad experience. I also would not go to another of your doctors as I had been given an incorrect perscription, which meant glasses I bought elsewhere were incorrect and not returnable.”

“The optometrists are top notch. The front staff, not so much. I actually shouldn’t paint them all with the same brush. The horrible one is the female with the blue hair. She is very rude and condescending. She should not be in a customer service role. I went there for repairs on an expensive pair of glasses that I purchased from them and she was not helpful at all. If I knew her name I would call them directly and complain. FYI is a national chain. Not sure why they would let that person work there and tarnish their reputation.”

“Love the happy helpful environment at FYI Doctors. Always wonderful knowing they take great care of my eye glass needs. Found an old favourite pair of glasses I thought I lost, but the nose grips were very old and stained looking, so I popped in to ask if I could get them replaced. It was so perfect! Fast and caring! All done. Just taking care of business. Thanks everyone. Blessings”

“The staff were friendly and nice, not in a hurry, explained everything and answered all my questions. They were very thorough but not in a rush, and I didn't have to wait in line for long. I feel like they had the latest and best equipment available. Dr. Lam showed me all the tests and pictures on his computer and explained eveything. He is very personable and easy going! I highly recommend FYI to anyone!”

“I have been seeing Dr Myrfield and Dr Kellam since I was a young child. They are top notch optometrists! I was excited to learn that they are now carrying Pair Eyewear in their clinic! Auliya was a pleasure to deal with as I selected my Pair Eyewear frames and top frames. Unfortunately, she was not available when I picked up my new glasses and the associate I dealt with was not as pleasant as Auliya. I have now placed an order online for more top frames from the Pair Eyewear website - I can’t wait to receive my package!”
