“Dr. Kwait, Kim, and Rancy were fantastic. Dr. Kwait conducted a thorough eye exam from start to finish, asking questions to understand better what could be leading to dry eye for me specifically. The clinic was clean, professional and had a friendly atmosphere overall. Kim and Rancy helped pick glasses and check guests in, while still doing their preliminary assessments.”

She was able to take me in for an emergency appointment during her busy schedule when other offices would not take me and still took her time and was able to give me so much advice and prescriptions quickly. “I’ve been using FYI doctors since 2018. I was first introduced to them in Calgary. I continued using them after moving back to Ontario. I had my second visit with Dr. Kwait FYIdoctors of Hamilton today. My past FYI experiences have been definitely a 100% positive .however today’s experience was a 100% plus! Firstly, all the staff here are very friendly, very professional and made me feel very welcome. Secondly, the doctor takes the time that she thinks she is necessary to properly explain her findings. This whole experience was definitely over the top.”

“I was just at the clinic with my 5 year old for her first eye exam. The whole team from the moment we checked in were wonderful and compassionate with a very scared 5-year-old. They made my daughter very comfortable and made the whole experience wonderful and stress-free. Dr. Carolyn was incredible and immediately got my daughter to open up and start talking. After the exam Dr. Carolyn explained every aspect of the exam and walked me through how my daughter did. Will for sure be coming back. Location was easy to find and a good amount of parking. Lots of availability for appointments. Very clean office. 5 out of 5”
