“I Highly recommended Fuzz Wax Bar! I have to say, Shantae is truly one of the best wax artists I have ever encountered. As a male, getting waxing services from a female can sometimes feel a little nerve racking or uncomfortable, but that was never the case here. From the moment I arrived, Shantae went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at ease. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and all services I’ve received from her has been absolutely phenomenal. She maintained great conversation throughout the appointments, creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Beyond her technical skills, her personality is incredible friendly, genuine, and incredibly professional. I also want to give a special shoutout to Molly at the front desk. Her customer service was outstanding. She was warm, outgoing, and more than happy to explain additional services and membership options, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. “Vanshika did an amazing job on my Zillian! She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire service—constantly checking in to make sure the wax temperature was comfortable, asking how I was doing, and offering to take breaks whenever needed. “Ive had 2 waxes here, both slow and inefficient. The first one i had to wait 40 minutes even with an appointment, and the wax wasnt clean. The second one, the tech and I had a great convo and shes a lovely person but she stopped waxing me while talking and a bit unsanitary (blowed her nose in the middle of the appointment also shouldve worn a mask if she has a cold) Also im not the biggest fan of the receptionist + the customer service, they are not helpful at all, i had to cancel my membership since i have to travel for a while. My email wasnt replied timely, i personally had to ask the receptionist about updates otherwise she wouldnt have told me.”Read moreShow less

“It was my first time here and I have to say the staff are amazing. Ella at the front desk was really kind, outgoing, approachable and answered all of my questions. She was a pleasure to meet and talk with. I had a wax service done with La shante and she was amazing. She was very patient, kind and helpful. She answered any and all of my questions. She made sure that there were no visible hairs remaining on my face. She did an awesome job! I highly recommend her for waxing and any other treatments that she takes care of!!!
