“Refused to give my deposit back. Sent claim to Canada life state my glasses were 538 and told me they were 738. Refuse to for my refund back. Do not go here, They treat First Nations horribly.”

“Had appointments for my wife and my daughter, was told i needed to pay out of pocket by a rude receptionist. I told her i have blue cross and i just had my appointment and got glasses . Got turned away, she didn't even try to help us ! Called Blue Cross at home and was told a second time my wife was covered but my daughter need a card from MS Canada . I called back and got another person who kept saying she wasn't in the last conversation and my wife isnt covered. I asked for a manager to call me and nobody has called. Disappointed as i can clearly see Blue Cross paid for my appointment and my glasses on the app . Hopefully they can do better?”Read moreShow less

“Simply put...an awesome place! I live in Prince Rupert and as far as I'm concerned we don't have proper eye care here which is technically dangerous if you consider all the people driving cars/trucks on the road! “The doctor was very nice and proffessional but when I ordered yhe eyeglasses for reading and coputer work they made me eyeglasses for seeing far woth what i dont have a problem. The persen who was selling the eyglasses was asking me 2 times for what i need the glass and i told her 2 timess that i need it for computer work. Story short I wend after one week and they told me that they need to see with a doctor whowill be ther tomorrow It would be no problem but i live in Rosswood. “I've personally gone here for years and had no problems. However, my last visit for my daughter (4 year old and autistic) was not the best experience I would have liked her to have! I prepared her ahead of time and pumped her up for the check up to only have two of the women be impatient with her. Professionals that work with children should have more patience. I thought she did great but she was nagged the whole time to "sit still or it will take longer", "stop looking at me for the answer", "stop touching that" (the eye cover), if it was properly explained step by step and there was no tone she would have done better. I did let the one doctor know that she does not understand big words or sentences & that she has autism. I just thought that professionals working with toddlers should already know better to have a little more patience. Maybe it was an off day for the both of them, however I do not want my daughter ever feeling like an inconvenience, she was trying her best to make both ladies happy.”Read moreShow less

“Super friendly and helpful. I showed up with bifocals that I purchased in Smithers. They needed an adjustment. The technician made the adjustment, ensured yesterday everything was still lined up, and invited me to come back if I wanted them adjusted differently. “I've been living in Terrace for a year now. I asked specifically if my coverage was there under specific name, I asked 3x. Then after being done eye exam, I find they used the wrong coverage and I end up owing. There is a reason I find direct billing. I have received emails and can go in now to pay remaining balance. I was explaining what happened via phone. THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I called for the 3rd time, they don't answer their phone and left a message again. No call back. “If I could give 10 stars I would! We were visiting for two weeks, my son unfortunately lost his glasses in the lake.
