“Mel and her team are amazing. Our family has been connected with Functional for 1.5 years and everyone we have interacted with has been genuine, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. We have been lucky enough to work with Mel and Heidi over the last year and they have helped us immensely with our 3 year old son. They are compassionate and very skilled at what they do. “We cannot say enough incredible things about their Behavioral Therapy program. After struggling for so long to find an effective way to support our son, we finally found real hope here. Andrea, Steph, and Shawna are amazing and have helped build a customized de-escalation plan for our son that has already made a difference in our daily lives.
