“I want to give feedback from our first -and last- visit to your clinic. First of all, the place is in disrepair and looks extremely unprofessional -both inside and out. This is not how a business should be portrayed. Dirty, stuff everywhere, disorganized, cluttered, and messy. Next, our visit was met with a clinician that was unforgiving of my child - redirecting him when he was doing the things he typically does - such as spinning on a chair or tapping his foot repeatedly. Instead of being understanding of this and seeing this as part of his profile, she kept asking him to stop. She seemed to be irritated by my child despite just meeting him. She also couldn't understand why we were there and shut us down regarding several avenues we wished to explore such as assessing him for primitive reflexes, supporting self-regulation, and looking for a way to help him thrive overall. While the business responded to this review saying we had already worked on primate reflexes, this is not true. I specifically asked about assessing his primitive reflexes and was told that it’s not necessary. Instead, she wanted to work on his reading. Fine. She conducted a reading test, which she interpreted the results incorrectly and said he was a great reader (which he is not!). The reading test is standardized but when you don’t take the time to actually look at the results or know how to read the results, you interpreted them wrong! This was an absolute disappointment and I actually left angry and couldn't wait to get out of there. Never again will I come to this unkempt and unprofessional office to waste my money. A total disappointment.”

“The friendly and caring staff at the clinic helped my young adult neurodivergent son become more aware of longstanding untreated balance and vestibular challenges he's been managing, and helped me to understand how to further support him to relearn new ways of standing, moving, processing and just being his best self safely and more regulated. New answers have been found for issues that may never have been fully recognised or attended to without going to the clinic. I am truly grateful! I also really appreciate the relationship and connection the staff Mona and Jamie formed with my son, while supporting him through a completely new experience. I highly recommend this clinic for other families of children, teens and young adults with autism.”

“so grateful I found this place. Unfortunately another clinic had done 10 epley maneuvers for 'crystals' instead of actually fixing my vestibular problem. They have the most advanced vestibular and concussion testing and treatment at this clinic that it's shocking the difference between here and some other large well known places that don't have large screen for vestibular Neuro visual balance training, trigeminal vagus stimulation. So grateful I found this place”

“I am late in posting this review but wanted to ensure I did one. I would without a doubt recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with vestibular/brain related issues. Dr Cramer and her staff are very knowledgeable, they take their time answering your questions both at the initial assessment and the follow up appointments, and, something that is always a bonus is that they are efficient, on time and very pleasant. I found them last year (2023) by fluke, while searching for a vestibular rehabilitation clinic and right from the initial assessment I understood that they know what they are doing. They assessed me, created a plan on how to get me to feel better and I am so very grateful that they did! Thank you!”

“I have been treated by Dr. Cramer and her therapist Brittany for the past two years for spasticity and poor balance caused by a progressive motor neuron disorder. They are both very knowledgeable and take time to explain my condition and it's effects in detail. They have a wide variety of treatment options that are targeted for my specific condition. While my condition cannot be cured I'm certain that the expert and professional treatment I've received has slowed its effects on me. The atmosphere in the clinic is always positive and very friendly. Dr. Cramer and Brittany make you feel like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“I came into Dr. Sandra Cramer’s office after experiencing constant dizziness for 6-7 weeks. My symptoms included: from the time I woke up to the time I went to bed, dizziness and feeling off balance. I sought help from multiple doctors and therapists over those 6-7 weeks, including a CT scan. No one could figure out what was wrong with me. On my first visit Dr. Cramer was able to figure out what was wrong with me and made a treatment plan to make me better. After a few short weeks I’m back to my normal self. I can’t thank Dr. Cramer and Brittany enough.”
