“I went to Full Circle Health after a poor experience with another Natropath. I am so very glad I did. Shelly doesn't rush you - and she actively listens. Her guidence is practical and her suggestions are given in a way that are easy to implement gradually into life - no major changes that you can't stick too. Between Shelly's investigation into what is going on with my body and Tyler's 12 week meal plan - I am on a great path to feeling healthier and looking better!
