Had a wonderful first experience at this clinic! The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and made the intake process quick and easy. Sunny Gill was phenomenal. He quickly identified my problem areas and introduced me to radial shockwave therapy for the first time. I left feeling better than I have in a long time. I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing my treatment with Sunny and the rest of this amazing team. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and caring physiotherapists!

If I could give Full Range Physiotherapy and Wellness more than 5 stars, I would. I started attending Full Range after my motor vehicle accident and had the opportunity to work with both Sydney (kinesiologist) and Elliot (physiotherapist). I am incredibly grateful for the care, support, and knowledge they both provided throughout my recovery. When I first came to Sydney, I was hesitant because I had previously had a poor experience with kinesiology. She quickly changed that. My very first appointment set the tone for everything that followed. Sydney completed one of the most comprehensive assessments I've ever had from any healthcare provider. She didn't rush through a checklist; she took the time to understand how my injuries affected my daily life, my goals, my limitations, and what recovery actually looked like for me. What makes Sydney stand out is that she truly pays attention. She doesn't just ask how you are doing; she notices how you are moving, compensating, and the small things that others may miss. Throughout my recovery, she was one of the few providers who saw me during significant flare-ups. She witnessed the impact my injuries had on my function, including difficulty walking, significant pain, muscle tightness, and weakness. She made me feel believed, understood, and supported. Sydney always cared about the person in front of her, not just the next rehabilitation milestone. She respected my medical concerns and limitations while still helping me progress. When I had setbacks, she adapted treatment instead of making me feel like I had failed. She was also one of my strongest advocates throughout my recovery, continuing to support me even after ICBC funding for kinesiology was cut off. Elliot brought another valuable perspective to my recovery. I started seeing him after a significant flare-up, although by that point I was already past the worst of my symptoms. Even in the short time I was able to work with him, he made a meaningful impact. My main goal with Elliot was IMS, as it has helped me in the past. Unfortunately, ICBC never approved coverage for his treatments, which limited how long I could continue. Despite only having a few appointments, he helped me understand the mechanics of my flare-ups and how my muscles, nervous system, and movement patterns were interacting. Elliot's approach was thoughtful and precise. Rather than only focusing on where I felt pain, he looked at the surrounding muscles and how they may have been contributing to what I was experiencing. His manual therapy and IMS were effective, and he helped me better understand my own body and how to approach self-management. Beyond their individual skills, it is clear that Elliot has created something special at Full Range. I had the opportunity to interact with other providers at the clinic, and it was obvious how much respect they had for him. They spoke highly of him, and you could see that he created an environment where his team felt valued and appreciated. That positive team culture carries over into the patient experience. The reception team also deserves recognition. They were consistently kind, personable, thoughtful, and professional. They helped create a welcoming environment from the moment you walked through the door, which made the clinic feel like a place where patients were genuinely cared for. Both Sydney and Elliot are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their patients. They make appointments feel personal rather than rushed, and I always felt listened to and supported. Although I was not able to continue treatment as long as I hoped due to circumstances outside of my control, I am incredibly grateful for the care I received. I truly hope I am able to work with Full Range again in the future, whether through renewed coverage, improved financial circumstances, or simply if I need support managing future flare-ups. I would highly recommend Full Range Physiotherapy and Wellness to anyone looking for a clinic that combines excellent clinical care with genuine compassion for their patients.

My go to place for massage and physio. Billy is amazing for deep tissue massage and makes you feel comfortable and conversation is easy. I’ve had Sarah and Sunny for physio and I always feel better after every treatment. All three receptionists are absolutely top notch as well!

Recieved treatment from Elliot and was thoroughly impressed. His review of my MRI report was professional and his follow-up therapy has made a big difference. Thank you

I’ve been coming to see Sarah for a couple months now and she’s been really helpful in managing my back/shoulder/neck pain stiffness. She’s really thoughtful in her approach in treatment and I always leave feeling much better than when I first come. She also doesn’t doesn’t just treat systems and tries to focus the body and person holistically. Highly recommend Sarah and thankful that I found her for physio!!!

I’m truly so grateful for Sarah. She is not only an amazing and professional physiotherapist, but also an incredibly kind and patient person. She made me feel heard, supported, and hopeful throughout my recovery. Her positive energy and genuine care made a huge difference for me. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone—you’re not just getting treatment, you’re getting someone who truly cares about you.

As someone who lives a very active lifestyle, experiencing a serious workplace accident was something I had never faced before. The uncertainty and doubt about how well I would function moving forward was difficult at first. However, with the support of the team at Full Range, that uncertainty has turned into motivation, progress, and growing confidence in my recovery. The front desk staff are welcoming and organized, and the clinic offers a diverse range of services provided by knowledgeable and professional practitioners. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about helping people through their healing journeys. I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received here.

So, when you get rearended by a 2-ton cube truck, you’re going to have issues. That’s when you see the team at Full Range Physiotherapy. They’ve got your back and your neck literally. This is a full service venue. They will make you sweat, they’ll make you crack, they’ll stretch you out and even stick you with needles if that’s what you need. In my case I needed cracking, sweating and releasing. Dr Jake Hanna is kind and gentle. Adjusting my neck and spine. He also employs ART and the drool inducing shock wave. He is super athletic and seriously educated, also has a degree in Kinesiology. Sydney Colford…..What can I say about this pint sized powerhouse. She may have trouble counting reps, but I think that is her sneaky way of getting more in. Always smiling….especially when you’re sweating. She’s your go to for targeted exercises and form. I have improved more seeing her twice a week for 45 min sessions than being at the gym for an hour and half three times a week. You will sweat a lot and enjoy every minute because her positive energy is absolutely infectious. Now after all of this you know some massage is required to ease all those muscle that Sydney worked out and Jake manipulated. This is where Billy Drisdelle comes in. He is compassionate and funny. He will absolutely tailor his pressure to your needs. I like an absurd amount of pressure and he’s one of the few that have been up to the challenge. Every time I leave I have those creases all over my face, you know the ones you get when you sleep hard. I cannot forget to mention the front of house: Shannon, Charlize and Lori. This dream team are absolute organizational wizards. They can handle all your booking co-ordinating between your therapists so that you don’t have to make multiple appointments or have extended waits in between therapies. Always happy to help with a smile, even if its dealing with multiple insurance companies (definitely not a fun task). The energy of this team is positive and uplifting. Every time you walk in you will feel seen and heard. I cannot recommend Full Range enough. They have been my salvation to recovery.

My experience was great. I have most recently worked with Sunny in helping to heal my back (who is so kind and did an awesome job) and a previous experience with Elliott which was also fantastic. Highly recommend coming here.
