“I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. Dr. Eric is amazing and treats all my ailments from my chronic neck issue to my sciatic pain to tennis elbow! He keeps me in tip top, high performance shape. The support staff at the clinic are so warm and welcoming as well. I highly recommend Full Potential, particularly if you are nervous about getting adjusted. “Went in for a popped out rib, the doctor, nice guy, but just looking for repeat client, didint even do the proper adjustment to try to pop my rib back into place. Loosened my back up and did some other pointless adjustments but avoided the simple fix in hopes to have me return for a second appointment. Lady at the front desk was lovely though. Edit 3/30/26: Received a call from the manager Shauna today, offering a free follow up appointment in the future, unfortunately I do not need to go back as I have already resolved the issue that I originally went in for. As I was misdiagnosed and not properly cared for on my original visit, I do not see the need to go back in to the clinic even though the offer was nice. The way she talked to me over the phone was very unprofessional, calling me shady & making assumptions about why I made the review in the first place. I’m sure that the owner of Full Potential is a great chiropractor & as I said, both of the front desk lady’s I spoke to were amazing. I just wish that I had been treated with more care and honesty when I went in. Her call to me shows that more than caring about how I actually felt leaving, they care more about repeat customers. Avoid this business at all costs. Edit: 5:07pm March 30th, 2026 It’s funny because her response to this review is not fully truthful, as she was very unprofessional, making assumptions and accusing me of being shady for simply asking for a refund for a misdiagnosis & bad treatment. I did say to the doctor on my way out that I was feeling better, but that was simply to be nice and hopefully avoid any confrontation. It turns out I just had a bruised rib & Dr.Jacob was not able to see this either due to lack of care or lack of experience. So i was probably just feeling better due to time & the small pointless adjustments he gave to me in my lower back which overall relaxed me. Her response to this review is another example of how untrustworthy & unprofessional this business is, or at least the management. She says that she is sorry that my “perception” differs from their experience but I was the customer who had a truly bad experience. Maybe it’s her perspective which is throwing off her perception of what really happened & how she proceeded to handle it. The reality is that she is lying about how our conversation over the phone played out, I was misdiagnosed & sent out without anything but a suggestion to re-book. It also says that this review was responded by the Full Potential Chiropractic (Owner) but I was informed that he was not in the office or working until tomorrow, so it must have been the manager Shauna who responded to this review. “Dr. Brad is beyond amazing!!! For over 2 years now I have (and only will at this point) trusted him to successfully get me to the other side of the chronic nerve pain and issues caused by the back problems I have dealt with my entire adult life. He is such a kind and real person. He has always been very honest and realistic about his treatment plans and the actual results he will be able to provide.
