“Live across the street and used to come here often. They are the worst, I've had asthma since I was seven and because I recently got benefits and wanted to go back onto symbicort the doctor said I had to go for asthma testing to prove I had asthma before I could be medicated, but most recently they just called me today to say that they did not properly fill out the spitum sample container, after waiting for results for 12 days. And now I have to go back to give more sample before I can get medication for what ever throat infection I have going on. Everyone steer clear of this place as they don't care about you in the slightest.”

“I got to know about Full Health Medical Clinic (Chinook) after Googling for Family and Walk-in Clinics near me, having moved to a new apartment in the Chinook area. And I'm glad I decided to give it a go. Looking for a new (and nearby) Family Dr., the receptionists linked me up with Dr. Adaobi Enyioma a couple of weeks ago. Right from our initial meet-and-greet session, Dr. Enyioma allowed me to feel relaxed and be open about any health concerns I might be experiencing. Setting follow-up appointments was easy (thanks to the very welcoming receptionists), with Dr. Enyioma continuing with her pleasant personality and sense of humor for every visit, while ensuring to be thorough during our sessions. As for my prescriptions, I'm glad I used the onsite pharmacy, which has two staff members who were also very friendly. I mean, they didn't have to put up with my sense of humor (and being patient when it took me a bit to find my insurance details), but I appreciated their overall vibe. Talking about the clinic itself, the waiting/reception area is clean. The med rooms the Dr saw me in was clean and of a good size. So, yeah, I look forward to continue benefitting from a friendly and accommodating clinic and an experienced Dr. looking out for my health.”

“Very disappointing customer service. My appointment was booked with the wrong doctor, and I ended up waiting for 50 minutes before being informed of the mistake. While the staff apologized, the only solution offered was for me to wait even longer. I dealt with the office manager, Escalasa (I may not be spelling the name correctly). Neither she nor the other staff member attempted to offer any alternative options until I approached the front desk myself after waiting for nearly an hour. Mistakes can happen, but I expected better communication and a more proactive effort to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.”

“Dr. Eniyoma is the best doctor I’ve seen in town. She is not only an excellent family physician but also has the insight of a psychologist. She was the only person who identified my problem after three years and truly saved my life. She is very caring, patient, and always listens to her patients without rushing them. She follows up regularly and is incredibly friendly and kind. This clinic is amazing, and all the physicians are great, but Dr. Eniyoma has been the best for me.
