“Frontline Forward in Kitchener has been an amazing gym to be a part of. I’ve been coming here for about 2–3 months now, and from day one I felt welcomed. The staff are incredibly friendly, supportive, and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference especially when you’re newer to a gym. The equipment is top-tier and there’s everything you need for a solid workout, no matter what your training style is. The gym itself is always clean and well maintained, which really shows how much they care about the space and the members. On top of that, the community here is unreal. Everyone is respectful, motivated, and positive, which creates such a great environment to train in. Frontline Forward isn’t just a gym, it genuinely feels like a place where people want to see you improve and succeed. If you’re looking for a gym in Kitchener with great equipment, a welcoming atmosphere, and an amazing community, I highly recommend Frontline Forward.”Read moreShow less

“Frontline Forward is the best! They offer the 911 Prep Academy, with all of the equipment needed for lifting, plus Max, the German shepherd for extra encouragement. Bryan, Paul, and Steve are incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and the paramedic field. They have an abundance of resources to ensure your success. I have been working with them for a year and have had tremendous progress. They taught me proper and safe lifting techniques that will ensure a long healthy career. As well as working on my strength and confidence. I highly recommend the 911 Prep Academy to all paramedic students!”Read moreShow less

“My classmates and I went to the 911 prep academy for some training. We all passed our lift evaluations for hiring after some suggestions given to us, and after a much needed confidence boost. Highly reccomend- certainly a game changer. The rest of the facility is absolutely gorgeous as well- experts when it comes to positive mental and physical health for first responders. Truly a hub of wellness. Thank you!”Read moreShow less

“My daughter just graduated from supposedly the highest rated paramedic program in Ontario. She had good marks and did her rideouts to good reviews. The paramedic course gave them a lab to practice the lift tests, but never tested at the level that is required by OPPAT. She failed 3 times, each time missing some required element that she hadn’t been prepared for. Many men don’t pass the first time either. In desperation I got lucky and found Front Line Forward. When I called, Brian Stevens answered. He has over 30 years of paramedic experience and knows that the lift test is very challenging. My daughter had a lot of strength help from her karate Sensei, and I had signed her up for some weight training. I took my daughter to see their facility; the layout of the lift test room was the same as the real deal. My daughter was impressed with the space and the instructors. Brian and Paul figured out what she needed in the first session. She was close on the course, but still needed a little more strength and confidence. We scheduled another session in 2 weeks to see how much she could improve. The difference was astounding; she was confident and strong on all of the lifts and her voice was strong and authoritative as she did the course. I am positive the it was the method they used to teach her that gave her the confidence and strength to do the OPPAT course. She just passed her test and will soon be a working paramedic! My thanks to Brian and Paul for helping my daughter get the final qualification to be a paramedic. If you are reading this and need help or even want to see if you are prepared to pass OPPAT the first time, these are the guys to see. My daughter and I can’t thank you enough for your help. “Dr. Taylor Huehn is an incredible chiropractor and I would recommend anyone and everyone to go see her! I was nervous about going to a chiropractor but she was extremely helpful and kind! In addition, I did her postpartum workout class and it was absolutely amazing! Each week she gave us exercises we could do at home. My 8 month year old son absolutely loved going with me to her classes and it turned into the highlight of our week!”Read moreShow less
