You can easily cancel/reschedule your appointment via the confirmation/reminder email or text sent to you from our online booking provider Jane
You will receive an appointment reminder 96hrs prior to your scheduled appointment, should you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so within the reminder email
PUNCTUALITY
If you’re late, the amount of your lateness will be deducted from the duration of your massage with no change in fee

“I had been experiencing vocal dysfunction through a locked larynx since being sick for a month with Bronchitis. There were certain parts of my voice that would just crack and fall to pieces. I've seen Jules twice this month for an hour and 30 minutes session respectively and each time there is near instantaneous relief and improved function. I'm singing today for the first time since our session yesterday and there are passages that are now markedly different since singing them yesterday and it is thanks to her skilled hands.
