“Had my septum pierced here in 2024. They failed to get the jewelry through two times. Piercing me more than once. I was in a lot of pain. And it kept moving even without me touching it. Tried telling me it was just swelling but even a doctor confirmed that was not the case. I would not recommend at all!”Read moreShow less

“This place has done 7 of my 9 piercings, and the single tattoo I have. I am confident in saying that 5 of those 7 were done poorly, which includes an industrial that was pierced dispite the fact I do not actually have the anatomy for it. Because of that I had a hell of a time trying to get it to heal, with the only advice they gave me being "dont sleep on it and clean it more often". The last time I went in for advice, an essential oil was put on my piercing bump and I was told the same "dont sleep on it, clean more" I had to go to another parlor and ended up having to replace it with new, separate jewlery because the industrial was slowly rejecting. Do not buy the saline they make in store. It is not sterile and she adds Witch Hazel to it. I recommend really doing your research and finding the place that works best for you.”Read moreShow less

“My best friend and I woke up and decided we wanted piercings and we had an amazing experience here with Nancy and Tanner! Nancy was very informative when piercing my friends tongue and it helped calm her anxiety about it a lot! I had the pleasure of having her apprentice tanner pierce my eyebrow and he did an amazing job and ensured I was happy with placement multiple times before proceeding which I greatly appreciated. “Dre still hasn’t given my 50 dollars deposit back yet I waited over 3 hours he never showed up to fix the tattoo HE DID I still cry everyday about it and I got it done in 2022 the flowers look so botched and trashy.. he’s done a couple of my tattoos and they were nice but this will be the last time I trust someone I will forever look down on my leg and try not to scratch it out with sandpaper till I can save up again to get something there that’s worth a good amount and can finally feel confident again.. oh yeah he added that heart there to cover a little 1cm line on my skin…”Read moreShow less

“I made an appointment to get my daughter’s nose pierced and later found out that I would not be able to make it on time. I tried calling 4 times but nobody answered the phone, so I left a message on the answering machine, and booked a new appointment online. I received a message from them later that evening saying that I was a no show and that they stayed 2 hours past closing for the appointment and I should have canceled the appointment. If they would have listened to their messages they would have known that I would not be there. Due to this in-organization on their behalf, I decided to cancel the other appointment, I left a message to cancel it and a day later I received a message to remind me of the upcoming appointment. “NEVER GO HERE!!! Tried calling to talk to someone but the number is out of service! My daughter went here for snake bites (lip piercings) and they put in too small of bars in which is now causing her extreme pain because there is no room for swelling. We have tried taking it out to switch the bars ourselves but haven’t been able to get the ball off the end and may have to use pliers! This was yesterday and apparently was the owner who did it as the person we booked with wasn’t available and we didn’t find out until we got there and had already paid a deposit. “Extremely upset and disappointed, booked a tattoo impulsively as im trying to finish a sleeve, and have had several artist (who have left this shop for various reasons) add to the sleeve. Receive a call about an 1hr and 30min before my appointment - im told the artist I booked never showed up, and they aren't sure why, but could I rebook? Unfortunately I could not due to be busy with work for the foreseeable future, so im now out a $50 on what was a simple $80 flash/mini, and will be recommending any other tattoo shops.
