“This was by the worst physio experience I have ever had. I had check in a couple weeks back with a sore back and shoulder. I had visited before and experience the same thing but put it aside to the fact it was rush hour. I didnt have insurances this time and decided it was still worth the visit. They made me wait 43 mins for a the docotor to come over for 2 mins and literally tell me something I already knew. It complete waste of my time. “On Tuesday I tweaked my neck in the morning but had to go to work. Once I left work in agonizing pain and a neck spasm I drove directly to Fraser without an appointment, never been there before and walked in, head tilted to left side and asked “can somebody help me with this?” The receptionist went and got Abby and she said she could see me right then. Abby was so kind and knowledgeable got ice pack for neck, heat pad for back immediately, then did a number of physical maneuvers, pressure points and stretch. Then onto a tens machine then finished off with ultrasound. Gave clear instructions for home and made a second appt for today. Again all these ladies were friendly, accommodating and professional. Abby came in and could tell I was much better but did another full session with me explaining as she went along. I would definitely and without hesitation recommend Fraser Physiotherapy to anyone requiring relief from discomfort.”Read moreShow less

“Fraser Physiotherapy is the best location to find a very good service of physio-massage and Acupancture. Today March 31, 2026, I met Nancy, the Acupuncturist with a high level of experience in this domain of Acupuncture. Her humbleness, professionalism in treatment and good manner to talk to the clients, asking the very sensitive and phocased questions to know exactly the issue of the received person, is a way she uses to help people. She give you the time to tell her the issue. As the clients she receives have different issues, she treats them differently with a high quality of service. “Had an amazing experience at this Physiotherapy Clinic! The service is truly outstanding. The staff are very nice, friendly, and always willing to help. The clinic is super clean and well-maintained, which makes you feel comfortable right away. The therapists are highly skilled and genuinely care about your recovery. Michelle is the one assigned to me, and she's the best! They use advanced and effective machines for therapy, and you can really feel the difference. “My father and I have been coming here for months, and if you want a physiotherapy clinic that is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about you, I highly recommend this place. We are glad to be patients here because we feel like part of the family and genuinely enjoy coming in since everyone is so kind and truly cares. The front staff are genuine and warm, and every staff member takes the time to call you by name and check in with you at each appointment. They are also very responsive to emails and calls, always replying quickly and kindly. We always leave feeling supported and cared for.
