“The doctor here was late for the appointment. He rushed through everything at light speed. Talked super fast, and didn't even want to get into any details. Eventually he just stood up and tried to leave quickly. He was rude, inconsiderate, and seemed like it was the last place he wanted to be. “I cannot thank this clinic enough for the support they gave me the past year and a half. I have been fighting for a diagnosis for endometriosis for 5 years and Dr O’Riley was the only doctor who believed in me. “The doctors and nurses at the facility are excellent but the front desk staff makes the clinic services impossible to use. The front desk receptionists do not answer the phones during the hours of operations, and when they do you are on hold for over 15 minutes only for them to then hang up on you when you are speaking. If you go in person, expect to wait a long time while the receptionist chat and laugh with each other while the line grows in size. Very disappointed”Read moreShow less

“In my experience, the clinic has been great experience. The psychiatrist I’ve seen is very nice and has been the most helpful in me getting the right meds. The doctor I see is also really great. I don’t think that the wait time to see him is abnormal compared to other clinics and I actually get in to see a doctor way earlier than my family doctor. Reception is also very nice and along with my doctor have been so helpful and have gone above and beyond for me before to ensure I have access to what I need. I think they do a much better job than a lot of clinics in London and although they can get pretty busy they manage it well.”Read moreShow less

“I was consistently dismissed around the symptoms I was experiencing and made to feel like I was just being a baby. Imaging outside of an X-ray was declined being told it wasn’t necessary. Turns out I fractured my ankle almost a year ago and might actually need minor surgery. This never would have been diagnosed if I hadn’t gone back to my GP. Updating that I did need to have surgery, and that I now have permanent nerve damage due to how long this issue was left and dismissed by the doctor I saw at this clinic.”Read moreShow less

“Fowler Kennedy is the best place in the city for sports recovery, I worked all summer with Brendan and Jamie and together they fully recovered a torn meniscus so that I can get back to playing college baseball this fall. Absolutely amazing facility with everything you need to get right. Great people who truly care about helping you with your injuries and really know their stuff, Great service and efficient work every session and will definitely have you leave feeling accomplished. They also gave me excersizes to do on my own time that were easy to follow and also helped tremendously. “Busiest McDonald's ever.... No care whatsoever from Dr Getgood and his team. 3 hour waits for follow ups, no plan for recovery provided my him other than some minor stretches to keep the joints moving. My family Dr reached out 4 times for clarity and advice on how best to tackle my knee slowly coming back apart after his surgeries. It took him 3 months to answer. “I received a very poor service from Dr. Verroid. I have a shoulder injury and had to wait more than a week for my appointment. It lasted less than 10 minutes. He just asked me to make some movements to detect where the pain was, asked how much time I had been resting, and when I told him I had rested for 3 weeks and the pain was only increasing, he just told me that I have to rest 3 more weeks. He didn't even ask any questions to try to understand how I could have gotten injured or really show any interest in helping me.
