I booked an appointment with a Sports Medicine Dr. When I arrived they sent us down a hallway to sit and wait for a physiotherapist and a student. I did not book to see a physiotherapist at all neither did I want to. They did an assessment pretending to go look at my daughter's x-ray (which was not possible because the hospital the x-ray was done at is not connected to the Woodstock London system at all.) The physio came back and said the x-ray was an avulsion injury. It was the injury that the ER Dr had already gave to me but told me they can't see this type of injury on an x-ray so an MRI was needed to diagnoise properly. So felt very lied to and like they are just guessing. First visit off course they just do ice and hip raises and claimshell excersises and send us on our way. We left here and went to see an osteopath a few days later and my daughter walked in with crutches and left without them. The osteoapth aligned her hips so now her one foot could touch the floor flat footed again. The next week she improved with strength everyday. We then went for our 2nd physio appointment and Lindsey told us we no longer needed to come back. This made zero sense as she's there for rehab to get back to sports and the osteoapth had told my daughter if she even kicks a soccer ball at this point she will re-injure herself. Lindsey had my daughter run on a tredmil, then do jumping excersises then had her kicking a soccer ball! Again Lindsey tells my daughter she doesn't need to come back. So much for rehab back into sports. This is just another pathetic service provided by a physiotherapist. Anyways after we left here and my daughter cried in pain and she had to return to using the crutches and taking pain medications. You hurt my daughter, while I watched I wish I would have stood up and said something because I felt you were being way to agreesive. Honestly what were you thinking, my daughter had a fractured hip bone and all the ligaments, and muscle had been torn away from her hip and this is the rehab you have to her. I will never trust another physiotherapist, this was just another bad experience. Not sure why osteoapthy isn't more popular they actually stay with you for the hour and work with you not leave you alone and have you do your excersises by yourself the care is more gentle and works so much better.

Mathew Richardson has been an absolute beauty helping my daughter with her knee injury. We switched physiotherapist from a different clinic after things seemed to be stalling. The amount of focus and problem solving he's given my daughter has been like changing for her. Thanks for helping Avery so much Matt!

Very bad experience. I called many times and no one answered. I had to go there in person just to get an appointment. Then I paid $140 for an assessment, and all she told me was, “Do whatever doesn’t hurt you.” I’m very disappointed. I expected much more professional advice and care for the amount I paid. it feels like they only care about your money, not your well-being.

Booked an appointment for ultrasound guided injection 2 months in advance. Got to my appointment only for them to tell me they were out of stock and I could book another appointment with the Western clinic the following week. Very unprofessional.

Best physiotherapy in London, hands down (and I've been to other clinics). Very friendly and knowledgable staff, I always feel like I'm getting results with this team.

My hour long appt was 40 mins. Had an assessment done to tell me what the official medical term of my issue was then showed me 4 stretches/exercises I could do at home for it that were printed out on paper. I didn't have a major injury, so maybe the care would have been more thorough if I did, but it just seemed a bit rich to get 40 mins of care for $140 and information I could have found on google
