So sad with how downhill this place has gotten, as it used to be a safe and empathetic place to get therapy help. Reception is so abhorrently rude, cut you off when talking and hang up out of nowhere. Can't keep appointments in the system because of "glitches" so missed appointments happen constantly and they refuse to have it fixed and treat it like it's your fault. With the severe lack of affordable/funded help for mentally ill and vulnerable individuals, I will keep going here as I do like my psychiatrist. But I dread anytime I have to call in to correct mistakes that aren't mine because the treatment received no matter how polite I am is insane.

Words cannot describe how rude and unprofessional this office is. I have been seeing one of the drs for nearly a year and she is absolutely wonderful. I have zero complaints about the dr. The front desk staff however are awful. I called about my appointment and the woman who answered hung up on me mid conversation - when I called back I asked, “did you hang up on me?” She said, “yes, I didn’t like how the conversation was going”. I’m baffled. If you read other reviews this seems to be a very common problem at this office.

I don’t understand how Dr Nwankwor is still able to practice as a Psychiatrist. If you google his name you’ll see that he’s been caught lying about his credentials when he was working in Ireland and Winnipeg before coming to Regina. He does not listen to his patients, he over prescribes medications and when I had brought up this concern, he didn’t call me back for over a week. I guess the only time he does listen to his patients is if it’s a young woman talking about how she’s felt uncomfortable wearing no bra so he told her to just start not wearing one around the house. (If this was about you, just know he’s telling his other patients what you talk to him about, for no reason other than to be a creep.) Go anywhere else for a Psychiatrist.

To Dr. Okereke and the Wonderful Front Desk Team, There are truly no words that can fully express how grateful I am for all of you. Dr. Okereke, thank you for being the kind of doctor who genuinely cares. Thank you for listening, for never making me feel unheard, and for continuing to look for ways to help even when it felt like all options had already been exhausted. You never gave up on trying to help me, and that meant more than you will ever know. What touched me deeply was how you took the time to truly listen. I remember trying to rush because I knew how busy you were, and I deeply respected your valuable time. But instead of hurrying me, you asked me to stay and finish my thoughts. That moment meant so much to me because it showed that you truly cared and wanted to understand, not just treat symptoms. In moments where I felt overwhelmed, you made me feel heard, supported, and valued as a person. In a world where people are often rushed or overlooked, your compassion, patience, and dedication stands out deeply. You treat people with kindness, dignity, and understanding, and that kind of care is rare. I truly believe you are a God-send. I have such a huge respect for what you do and for the kind of person you are. The impact you make on people’s lives goes far beyond medicine. To the incredible front desk staff, thank you for always being so warm, welcoming, and kind. No matter how busy things get, you continue to greet people with patience and compassion. The effort you put into helping and accommodating patients whenever possible does not go unnoticed. You help create an environment where people feel comfortable and cared for, and that means so much. Please know that your hard work, kindness, and dedication truly make a difference in people’s lives every single day. Some patients may forget to say it, but I hope all of you know how appreciated you are. Dr. Okereke, I also pray for your good health, continued strength, and that all the prayers and hopes in your hearts are answered. May kindness and care return to all of you the same way you give it so freely to others every day. I wish to remain anonymous because I am not looking for praise, recognition, or validation. I simply wanted to share my experience and express how truly grateful I am for all that you do. Thank you for everything, from the bottom of my heart. Forever grateful, A grateful patient ❤️

I like my pychiatrist Dr. Ragulan. She’s helped me more than my previous who’d ghost me. This morning I called to cancel because I have a head cold and makes it hard to think or talk. The lady didn’t say her name or any greeting other than hello and I had to ask just in case. She was gonna charge me a cancellation fee. I’m like no I’m am sick and not in my control. I couldn’t call Friday because well I wasn’t sick. Ii tried calling yesterday by the off chance someone picks up. No voicemail which didn’t help so I had no choice than a same day cancellation. Not impressed. I have no doubt that I’m contagious right now and won’t apologize for doing my due diligence to keep the people I come in contact with as healthy as possible.

Had quick wait time and great front desk service. Wont be going back again though. I was scheduled a appointment. I thought I was seeing a female doctor like before but instead I was assigned with Dr. Orkeke? and he made me very uncomfortable. I'm sure he was using inappropriate behaviour while I was explaining my trauma. Unprofessional, Disappointed and traumatized.

The doctor herself was very nice, but the cancellation/missed appointment charge is very strict. My doctor scheduled me for a phone appointment (which she had done before no problem, since I am in school). When the time came she never called me. When I called a bit later to make a new appointment, I was told it was my fault because I should have reminded them when they confirmed the appointment? And because I didn't, it didn't get put in as a phone appointment? I didn't have to do that last time. And they said I would have to pay a 50 dollar missed appointment fee. So because my doctor forgot to mark it as a phone call, I get charged? That doesn't really feel fair.

I am really disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of one of the doctors. His disinformation was deeply concerning and offensive, especially stating that all autistic people are incapable of nodding in response to a question or comment. He will take personal calls and joke around on the phone during your appointment. I am aware the SHA is not concerned about this behaviour, but it needs to be shared somewhere.

Wait time was short. I showed up right on time and the doctor called me in within 5-10 minutes after I showed up. Office was easy to find. Doctor was very kind and helpful, asked extensive questions that helped me discover more about my symptoms and gave me a proper diagnosis in a timely manner. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Today is definitely a last appointment with this clinic and Dr Udoh specifically. First of all, he was late to my 1st appointment by 40 minutes. That day I came 15 minutes beforehand, so I lost 55 minutes waiting and he talked to me for 25 minutes and let me go. Second of all, today he was late again but only for 15 minutes. Thirdly, he brushed me off just in 7 minutes after he called me to his room. He tried to persuade me that medications that I am taking is X 300 mg and Y 150 mg, when everything was completely opposite! I immediately felt unsafe as I could see him get irritated. I just became silent. After this there was no empathy or understanding, just dry questions. And cherry on a cake "I'm just trying to wind you off. See you in 4 weeks". It felt like pure negligence. I never read reviews before going to this clinic, so I just hope some of you would read it and don't waste your time on an awful "mental services". Ladies at the front desk though are ready nice!
