“Please don't go here if you are part of the government funded physio program for a knee or hip replacement as they do not give you the full treatment as a regular paying patient. Very disappointed after my 8 sessions here following my surgery. I only saw the physiotherapist once on my initial visit where he asked me questions and gave me one exercise (very surprised this counted as 1 visit as he didn't do anything!). All the other 7 visits, I saw the assistants, I never had a follow up with the physiotherapist at all. I later found out from several other people who had the same experience with this clinic. I also heard of others seeking additional treatment on top of the government funded treatment at the same time as going to Fortius because they were not getting enough with them and wanted better results. It's really unfortunate that Fortius is the only clinic in all of Niagara Falls that is part of the government funded physio program.”Read moreShow less

“I've received the best pelvic floor physiotherapy from Tanya and massage therapy from Colleen... very professional, they both knew exactly what my body needed. “Scott is my physio guy, and he is super attentive. He asks questions and listens to the answer. I was first referred by my chiropractor for a shoulder injury, and returned for post surgery physio. She knows what she’s talking about and did just the right amount of pressure I have also recently seen Tania for TMJ and after the first visit I felt so much pressure release.
