“About six months ago, I pulled a muscle in my upper arm and wrongly thinking it would get better on its own. It just got worse.. I have not been able to use that arm for about two months. I’ve had two sessions at Forte, both of them excellent. With muscle manipulation, exercises heat after the first session I was able to put my coat on without assistance … with the second I was able to have almost full range of motion in my shoulder.. I cannot thank forte and staff, especially Josh and Matthew for their help and their encouragement and their expertise and their knowledge, enough.
