“Signed up for a Reflexology appointment and was amazed at how thorough she was, the whole experience was amazing - she warned me reflexology would be painful and not very relaxing 😆 but I found it very relaxing, I would definitely go back for it and I plan on returning for other services. She's very professional and focused and she definitely knows what she is doing. I will be recommending her services to family and friends! Also, if you live an hour outside of town, I recommend you have a driver. “I had my first massage by Pennapa today and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. As a baker and someone who is always on their feet, I had many tender areas. The massage was painful in the best way and I felt so much relief and relaxation afterwards. Her space is immaculate, clean, calming and relaxing. And it smells amazing. I am usually quite sensitive to smells, but everything she used was top quality, natural and didn’t cause any sensitivity or irritation. My only regret is that I didn’t discover her sooner! “I had a Thai massage with her and it was quite intense at times, but in the best way. The pressure could be painful, yet it was clearly very effective. Her technique is precise and her movements are very controlled and professional. I had built up a lot of tension after recently giving birth, and by the time I left I felt a huge relief . “When I get a massage, I’m not going for a light relaxing touch; I’m going because my body is broken and I need someone to help fix it. I usually struggle to find someone willing and able to rough me up appropriately. I’ve been to Pennapa for the Thai Therapeutic massage a few times now and let me tell you - if you want someone who isn’t afraid to actually beat your muscles into submission, she is the woman for you. Her home and studio are lovely, clean, relaxing and professional. Pennapa is a beautiful, kind and caring woman who has finger strength capable of putting a dragon into a sleeper hold. She listens to you and checks your muscles for what the target areas need to be. Everything smells good, and despite having occasionally sensitive skin I’ve had zero issues with anything she’s put on me. She uses a variety of tools during the massage and sends you home with whatever she thinks might help your particular issue. I’ve only lived in Sudbury for a couple years but she is by far one of the best things about this city.
