“I've been with MassageBook for 10 years. I have never been as disappointed as I am now. The rate is going up $9/mo with no added benefits. You are out pricing your solo practioners. I would highly recommend that you research/select another option if you are a solo practitioner.”Read moreShow less

“Deceptive practice of charging exorbitant marketing fees for returning clients and clients that were referred by existing clients. Lack of transparency about when these charges would occur. If clients do not use your website to book, if they know who you are and search your name on MassageBook you will be charged a 15% marketing fee even though that client was looking specifically for your business. I also, just realized that the owner of MassageBook also owns Massage Warehouse who also charges your credit card for back ordered items and then cancels the items and then “forgets” to refund your credit card.”Read moreShow less

“Continual changes to software on make it more difficult to book, and easier for MassageBook to take marketing fees they haven't earned. Looks great for beginners-- but it's not worth it!”

“I decided to try the free demo for 14 days after trying it for about 10, I decided this was not the booking system for me. I didn’t feel like it was very client user-friendly and it wasn’t super designable on the operators end when I went to cancel my subscription. I requested it on the app probably 20 different times all of which there was no response. Then when my free trial ended after I had requested the cancellation they charged me. I notified my bank. “Lots of good features, but every time they add a new one, other stuff breaks, and bug fixes seem to go on the back of the queue. Also, they refused to provide me MY OWN client list indicating who has opted-out of emails. This, I suppose, is to keep me and my database captive because I don't want to bother anyone who previously opted out. They actually told me to include a note in my emails explaining that I changed email services, so please opt-out AGAIN. Bush league. I would bail out immediately if I could get this and other data they make it impossible to download in bulk. But it *mostly* still works, so I guess I'm stuck.
