“I had my first appointment with Ryan today. I’m an RMT myself, and I was genuinely impressed with Ryan’s intake and assessment! It was very thorough, thoughtful, and clearly grounded in solid knowledge. The space felt really safe and I was able to relax the entire time, which made it easy to settle in and trust the process. I really appreciate his approach to self-care and the blend of RMT and osteopathy. You don’t just get treatment, you actually learn a lot about your own body and what it needs. Ryan is friendly, down-to-earth, and the clinic has a real family, people-helping-people kind of vibe. You can tell he truly loves what he does. I’ll definitely be back.”

“Sarah is an amazing osteopath! Super educated and you could tell she knew what she was doing. So happy I found her for my second birth (she was highly recommended by The Dynamic Doulas). I only had to go to her once at 38 weeks pregnant and I immediately felt so much better afterwards. From a traumatic C-section birth with my first baby, to a successful (quick and relatively easy), natural VBAC with my second. I really feel like Sarah played a big role in this (along with very supportive midwives and doulas). Literally had a “dream” birth. Highly recommend if you’re pregnant and wanting a VBAC, uneventful birth, home birth, etc.”

“I honestly would not be were I am today, wellness wise if it weren’t for Sarah! I have a chronic pain condition & a brain & spine condition that most manual therapist were not even willing to touch. I was not interested in pain meds, and felt kind of lost, when I thought I would give this approach a try. When I met Sarah, she was very calming, and reassuring that she would help me, despite my physical challenges. She has the hands of a god!!! She is very skilled at what she does & takes time to explain things, and performs tests that help her assess where to focus.
