“Have seen Colleen 3 times and I've seen a huge difference in my balance! Been dealing with Bppv for 8 years now and oncologist just said to deal with it as it's my new normal. “Was seen by Colleen for TMJ. Incredibly greatful for her expertise. She is friendly with a warm presences. I felt heard with describing my systems, never felt judged or rushed. Appreciate her skills and knowledge explaining what she was doing along the way. The office is clean and bright. Front desk staff nice with great customer service. “Colleen at Focused Care truly is the best in the business. After a cavity filling procedure, my jaw was locked shut and very painful. I could barely eat, and even holding a conversation was difficult due to the tension. I was able to book in with Colleen the next day during a cancellation, where she assessed my TMJ, treated the problem, then provided me with the knowledge and understanding of what happened. She recommended tips for pain management, as well as how I could maintain the relief through at home exercises. She is a life saver! My entire experience at Focused Care was smooth and easy, from clinic manager Julia’s comforting and bubbly demeanour, to the clean and bright clinic space, all the way to the direct billing provided. These ladies are so intentional about their care and it really shows. “I had a head concussion (I fell down eight stairs), and on top of that, I got vertigo (because I hit my head so hard that the internal ear's crystals were misplaced), and then I found InFocus. Their staff is amazing, from day 0, there were welcoming and attentive. They were key players to get me back to my regular life.... The physiotherapist who helped me was Colleen. She is the best!!! Colleen was all the time on top of my therapy, she is a very good listener, and then she knows exactly what to recommend to deal with the concussion and vertigo symptoms. “I had a great experience with InFocus rehabilitation. Dealing with vertigo is not easy, and Colleen helped me recuperate in a matter of days. She was a saviour!
