“I had such a great experience with Rain the massage therapist . She is professional, kind, and really attentive to my needs throughout the session. She focused on the areas that needed the most work and helped relieve so much stress and muscle tension. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and so much better overall. “I went to Focus Physiotherapy for my injury, as recommended by WCB, and they have been a huge help in my recovery. The entire team is friendly, supportive, and genuinely cares about their patients — including Alan, Luke, Zac, Matt, Coby, and Erika. Alan is especially knowledgeable and consistently provides excellent advice on managing my injury. Luke has also been very helpful in guiding me through my balance exercises, making a noticeable difference in my progress.
