“My experience at Focus physiotherapy was great. The moment you enter, you get a warm welcome from Simran at front desk. Ms. Pearl & Ms. Maitri, both of them are really professional & friendly. I had lower back injury and my physiotherapy sessions with them, helped me to get better and progress more. I would highly recommend anyone who live nearby, to visit here if they need any sort of assistance with physiotherapies. “I have been to physical therapy before. Focus is not typical therapy. From the first visit, the care, and professionalism are above standard care. Everyone is professional, and kind from the receptionist, to each exercise specialist. They are genuinely caring, and desire to see you achieve your goals. Daniel, the physical therapist's expertise, professionalism, and kindness in addressing my therapy was exceptional. His clear communication, and approach to physical therapy was much more personalized here. “Amazing, professional, and personable staff. I'm very thankful that I have been referred to Focus Therapy for an evaluation. I experienced severe dizziness and a loss of balance. Lance More has been my therapist throughout my journey. He took the time to explain my issue and treatment. He assigned home exercises which helped tremendously during my off days. After several appointments, I was happy to find that I was able to function at an independent level of living again. Thank you so much for that. Lance, you have been a lifesaver. Also, everyone at the clinic is very helpful and accommodating. The receptionist is amazing – she greets every patient entering the building by name. Appointments are readily available and everyone works to accommodate the patient regarding appointments. I highly recommend this facility to my friends and family. “We (me and my wife) both found Dr. Hunter to be terrific! He is a caring professional who listens. I had this pain in my leg for three years; 3 podiatrists and one physical therapist later, no result. Dr. Hunter diagnosed and treated me to almost no pain; also, I can walk much better. “Pearl and the team are awesome! Right as you enter you are warmly greeted by Stephanie. She’s awesome at helping you get paperwork sorted and very knowledgeable about WSIB claims/processes. Pearl is great. She carefully assesses your condition and provides individualized treatment. Always asking how you are, she keeps a close eye on your progress.
