“Lynne and her staff are always so kind. She listens to me and takes the time to explain what she's doing to help as well as the mechanics of the body. She has helped me recover from everything from a sprained ankle, torn calf muscle, ACL surgery and rotator cuff issues to helping with general maintenance of a middle aged body that has seen better years. “Recovering from major thoracic injuries due to a head on vehicle collision. I was apprehensive about starting physiotherapy. During a thorough assessment the therapist fully explained the treatment plan and goals. 3 years of treatment and we achieved the desired results. Recent thoracic surgery to finally repair my chest has set me almost back to zero. Once medically cleared I am returning to the people I’ve grown to trust to regain my range of motion and to rebuild strength.
