“I started seeing Dr. Hoskins at Flow Functional Health in October of 2025 in preparation for fertility treatments. Although I had been taking a high quality prenatal supplement during my years of trying to conceive, there were still issues with my ferritin levels and thyroid hormones that my GP and fertility specialists were unable to treat. Dr. Hoskins was very thorough in her assessment and gave me clear advice and instructions to follow. Since October, I cannot emphasize enough how much my life has improved. My chronic low ferritin levels have finally resolved and I have energy like I did back in my early 20's. My nails are growing stronger, and my hair stopped shedding like crazy. My thyroid hormones have stayed in optimal ranges, and my thyroid antibodies, which had been elevating and impacting my health more broadly, are now in near-normal ranges. Despite my low egg reserve, my IVF results were absolutely stellar! Several good quality blastocysts are on ice. And, most importantly of all, the first embryo transfer was successful! In more pragmatic terms, my sizeable investment into IVF was all the more profitable because Dr. Hoskins and the team at Flow helped me to get my health under control. I don't just feel amazing, I am finally pregnant after years of trying. I feel so lucky to have such a helpful team of doctors helping me fight! I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Thank you.”

“I cannot recommend Dr Lutz highly enough. After struggling with gastrointestinal issues since 2017, I finally found the help I desperately needed. For years, I saw multiple family doctors and a gastroenterologist who prescribed anti-nausea and antidiarrheal medications that’s never really addressed my problems. I struggled to gain weight and reach a health weight, and felt I was running out of options. Dr Lutz changed everything. Her knowledge and thoughtful approach to care have made a tremendous difference in my life. This is the best I’ve felt physically in years, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and dedication to her patients. “Flow Functional Health Care is a lovely clinic. It’s clean and welcoming. The front staff are friendly and always helpful. Doctor Botsford is attentive and truly takes the time to listen and help you with whatever is ailing you. She takes the time to find other practitioners to help you if it’s out of her wheelhouse (suggested a physiotherapist for me that matched my personality and needs perfectly). And always had a box of Kleenex handy for my many tears and an ear to listen. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I've been a patient of Dr Botsford since the clinic opened, and it's been so great to see how it has grown. The clinic itself is warm and inviting and the front desk staff is wonderful. Dr Botsford is a very attentive and professional health care provider, she genuinely cares. She helped me set achievable goals, and every time I left feeling very motivated and eager to try out the plan we came up with. I have also seen Nurse Practitioner Michelle, and she has also been very good and met all the expectations I had. Their prices have increased since I've been going, but they were never a surprise, and they were always communicated well in advance. Everything is getting more expensive and supporting a locally owned and run healthcare clinic is a small price to pay. I highly recommend this clinic.”
