“I was referred to Alison Coupe by a friend of mine. I had rotator nerve issues, as well as extreme muscle tightness. This was from a bad fall on ice. I'll be honest, there is pain and discomfort from 2 to 5 days after. But it's like anything that works it sometimes makes you sore.
