“I was nervous to go to my first Naturopathic Doctor visit, but Dr Alexis' presence is calming and I found her to be very knowledgeable in women's health issues. “I started seeing Dr. Sarassin in the spring time last year when I was seeking support with my seasonal allergies. Dr.Shannon created such a warm and healing space for me to feel comfortable opening up about the many layers of my health and wellbeing. She helped me make long term diet changes using her food as medicine approach that have helped me improve my quality of life and provided me with delicious recipes and supportive coaching a long the way. “I have been a patient of Dr. Blanks for at least 10 years and have received exceptional patient care. She is very skilled and knowledgeable about the body, physically and mentally and knows how to treat common ailments successfully. When I first met her it was upon the recommendation of my family doctor. Dr. Blanks spent the time needed to listen to the concerns and come up with a comprehensive treatment plan to address the issue. I started to feel much better after following her course of treatment and have continued to improve my health. I will continue to choose naturopathic medicine as my private health care more often than western medicine. “Dr. Shannon is an incredible naturopathic doctor, who I can honestly say changed my life. I was hesitant about seeing a naturopath, but also ready to try anything to feel better. I was so impressed by Dr. Shannon's depth of knowledge, and it wasn't long before she helped figure out what I needed to be doing to feel better. She also supported me through my first, and now second, pregnancy. “I have known Dr. Shannon now for a few years. I knew the moment I met her that we had the connection that I had been searching for. Dr. Shannon has helped me dive through all the twists and turns of understanding and dealing with my type 2 diabetes and other “age-related” symptoms. I feel she treats me as an individual.
