“I gave this place multiple chances even after they ruined my nails twice and the designs looked nothing like what I asked for. My nails were damaged afterward, which is honestly the main reason I stopped coming after my last appointment. Even with that experience, I never left a bad review, never caused any drama, and still stayed respectful. I decided to give them another chance today and reached out to book an appointment again — only to be completely ignored. The least a business can do after disappointing a customer multiple times is communicate professionally instead of pretending the client doesn’t exist. “I’ve been wanting to try Korean body scrub at Fleuri for a long time, and yesterday I’ve finally made it happen. The whole experience was AMAZING, as someone who’s been getting massages and facials regularly, I’ve felt the need to treat myself extra this time. Plus it’s nice to get rid of dead skin anyway. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the manager/owner(?) and was given a hot towel and hand cream and a form to sign (if you’re a first timer). Then I was guided to go downstairs as that’s where they do the service and was greeted by Hazel (who happened to be a fellow Filipino!!), she thoroughly explained the steps and she did a great job taking care of me. “Wonderful experience, I did the Kscrub treatment. Love the feeling of my soft and calm skin. I also had the scalp treatment and it was quite satisfying. Location is close to home and the staff are all very professional and dedicated especially Hazel who really knows what she is doing. She explains each step thoroughly. “I had such a wonderful experience at this spa as a first-time customer. I arrived late, but the staff was incredibly friendly, understanding, and so accommodating, which immediately put me at ease. I did the K Body Scrub, the Valmont facial, and the hair and scalp facial, and honestly, I couldn’t pick a favorite! They were all equally amazing. Hazel did all three treatments and she was absolutely incredible. She was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. “I cannot recommend Fleuri enough. I had the hair treatment, massage and facial with Hazel and she was absolutely delightful. Hazel is very knowledgeable about the treatments and products used. Her massage was the best I've ever had. She listened to my concerns and worked to target them.
