With her many many years of experience & knowledge, history as an athlete, and genuine care & attention to your body, she has provided so much relief and better balance throughout my body over the years. She goes above and beyond by providing additional recommendations, exercises, taping if needed, and resources to help you navigate pain and injury or just general upkeep to keep you feeling good!
