“Visited Five Senses for the first time this morning. I had a WaySpa gift card to use and with limited options, I thought I'd give them a try. I was not disappointed. The spa was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and outgoing. Valerie performed my services. She was bright and cheerful and meticulous. I will definitely return.”Read moreShow less

“I left a review that looks like it was removed, unlike the blackheads i had around my eyebrows. I paid $100 for the top of the line facial so i could have some blackheads removed. One side didn't get done and even though my daughter complained (she had a good facial there) it took a few days for them to offer I go back so they can inspect my blackheads.......I didnt go, I went somewhere else and got them done for $60 or so. They should have reached out and apologized, they didn't and I will never go there again and i will tell everyone I know how crappy they are handling complaints. I don't mind paying top dollar but I expect good service, I didn't get it .................. Five Senses should be called NO COMMON SENSES.... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.”Read moreShow less

“Each time I go to Five Senses Spa & Wellness the service gets better and better. They are friendly, professional and very informative. The facility is epically clean and welcoming. “I wanted to share our wonderful experience on Nov. 12th at Five Senses. It was Marsha's birthday and we both took the day off from work as per usual. We did our annual birthday breakfast at Denny's. As we were eating, I took out Marsha's birthday gift which was a beautiful white gold necklace with a gold birthstone. She was very happy with her gift, but her day didn't end there. A few hours later, to her surprise, I had more events planned for her. I booked a spa day for us at the wonderful Five Senses. We received the Pure Bliss Package. Where the first service we had was the sugar body scrub which was done by Nicole & Dhanu followed by a tasty healthy lunch. The ladies did an excellent job with our body scrub. After lunch, Marsha was about to get ready to leave but to her surprise again, there was more. Denise & Parveer walked in and asked for us to proceed to a new room for our Spa manicure and pedicure. Now this service was amazing. Paraffin wax, hot stones, and hot towel treatment. We loved it all. As we are relaxing in our chairs, I asked the esthetician to take a few pictures of us in our chairs. Then I asked, "Do you mind taking a picture of me pampering my lady?" The 2nd esthetician; Maitri, who did my manicure, took a few fun pics. Now all this time, nobody knew what I had been scheming. Not even the Staff at Five Sense. As I pretended to do her nails; Marsha gave me a look and click Maitri took a pic. I then got up from the esthetician's chair and walked over to Marsa's left side and she reaches up to give me a hug (assuming that I was coming around to give her a hug). I actually bent down on one knee and Marsha said "Babe what are you doing? We have no time for games...( lol)". I continued with my plan and I put my hand in my pocket and pulled out a black box. She then realized this was serious. Tears began coming down Marsha's face and she looked into my eyes and said: "Are you serious? Oh my my my, are you serious?" Marsha's tears came down stronger and I was full of smiles and tears. She was in total shock where her legs were shaking as well as her hands. I then began to say “Marsha Matthews, it would be an honour if I could have the privilege of pampering you for the rest of your life. Marsha, will you marry me?” I cannot put into words what happened next but I’m so happy that Maitri had the wherewithal to start recording the happiest moment of our day. Maitri told us she got a part of the proposal on video. Have a look at the video footage she captured. We are very grateful for the staff at Five Senses and how they participated and shared in our joy. Thank you again Maitri & team for the pictures and video which we can reminisce for life.
