“Such a cute spa inside the hotel. Stephanie was very attentive at the front desk and got us situated quickly. We chose the rose water and mint treatment and weren’t disappointed. Sam and Erin were very kind and know what they’re doing! Our skin felt so good after the treatment. “Disappointed to say the least! I specifically booked a treatment that said “RMT” in order to get an insurance receipt. After my treatment I was told that I could not get a receipt for insurance, despite us filling in on our forms that we were wanting receipts. This information should have been told to us before our treatment. And why specify that the treatment is with a RMT if it doesn’t qualify for insurance purposes- very misleading! Secondly, my massage therapist left during my massage multiple times to use the bathroom, kept talking about her bladder infection and was barely working my muscles! I had been getting regular massages for over 20 years and was super disappointed! I emailed management regarding my issues and have heard no response. “My boyfriend enjoyed a wonderful full body aroma massage by Rileigh. It was his first massage and certainly not his last. He explained that the masseuse was very thorough and the hour was well worth the affordable price. She paid close attention to the areas that were sore and he left feeling refreshed. “Had a wonderful experience at this spa for a girls getaway. We time at the pool and hot tub prior to our spa services. The pool area is immaculate and well kept. The pool could have been slightly warmer but not complaining.
