“I am sad to say we had a horrible experience with the company we were supposed to trust our child with. Last week an assessment of my son's speech. On our video chat I was told he was fine and he was where he needed to be for his age group. After saying good bye and only hanging up the video part of our call I over heard the SLP say that my son definitely had a problem. I'm disgusted and find this so unprofessional that you saw a problem and you were not going to say anything to help us. It also pains me that she was teaching a student to assess things she isn't going to help with, as well as teaching her to lie to the parents and that it's acceptable to talk behind their backs. “I dont know where my grandson would be without the amazing staff and services that 5 counties offers. Im so incredably greatful for the help they have given us. My grandson has come such a long way with his sessions there and at his school and the tools they gave me to aid in his continuing success. We owe that to some amazing people at 5 Counties.
